To create the requested delivrables for the campaign you’ve been accepted into, it is crucial to read the brief (even multiple times), understand it, and follow the suggestions/instructions provided. The brief is not intended to limit your creativity but to offer optimal guidelines for creating materials that align as closely as possible with the brand’s vision.
The Amplifame app provides concise briefs so that you don’t get lost in details and know exactly what to do, how to create the delivrables, the starting point, the process, and the end goal. By following the brief and considering all the details it mentions, your delivrables are more likely to pass approval successfully, minimizing the need for revisions.
Below, we outline everything you need to keep in mind before starting to create your delivrables.
The Two Key Sections of interest:
1. The “Description” Tab:
– “Scope” Section: Describes the campaign concept you are part of—its purpose, details to include in your delivrables, and what to mention in the caption;
– “Brief Period” Section: Indicates the campaign duration—from its launch in the app to its end date. The end date is the deadline for all creators to post their content (feed and stories) unless specified otherwise in the brief (e.g., “Post in the feed during the x-y period” or “Post materials on…”);
– “Content Approval Period” Section: Specifies the time frame within which you must upload delivrables for approval. It is VERY IMPORTANT not to exceed this time frame, as any delays disrupt the campaign’s smooth progres;
– “Do’s” Section: Includes best practices, details, and hints to help you create the delivrables;
– “Don’ts” Section: Lists all the aspects that should NOT be included in your delivrables and should be avoided.
The “To Do” Tab:
– “Mandatory Hashtags” Section: Contains the hashtags you must include in captions and stories;
– “Tags” Section: Lists the tags that must be used on the delivrables posted in the feed and stories;
– “Mentions” Section: Specifies the account(s) that need to be mentioned in the caption;
– “Observations” Section: Details the mandatory conditions for using hashtags, tags, and mentions to ensure the materials posted are correctly integrated into the campaign’s progress within the app.
